The International Ecology Institute jury chaired by professor William Sutherland has elected Etienne Laliberté as winner of the IRPE prize. This International Recognition of Professional Excellence prize honors a young ecologist (not older than 40 years) who has published uniquely independent, original and/or challenging research representing an important scientific breakthrough, and/or who must work under particularly difficult conditions. The prize winners are selected by a jury consisting of 7 distinguished ecologists, chosen by the International Ecology Institute’s director. Congratulations Etienne!
