During the 2017 convention of the Quebec Entomology Society (SEQ), Mathilde Gaudreau, M.Sc student under the supervision of Jacques Brodeur, has won

• the SEQ’s annual student grant
• the Melville-Duporte prize for the best scientific poster (Egg parasitoids in light of UV radiation)
• first prize in the contest for knowledge in entomology
