Based on his more than 30 years of experience in agroforestry research, Alain Cogliastro recently published the Guide d’aménagement de systèmes agroforestiers. With his two co-authors, André Vézina and David Rivest, Alain presents a synthesis of the most up-to-date knowledge on the foundations of agroforestry and its multiple ecosystem services, in addition to describing the main ecological characteristics of around a hundred species of trees and shrubs to facilitate the choice according to local conditions and the desired objectives.
