The plant functional ecology laboratory directed by professor Etienne Laliberté is looking for a part-time research assistant for the period from 30 January 30 to 21 April 2023.

The person will be responsible for making annotations of plant species on orthomosaics produced from photos of Quebec peatlands collected by a microdrone. The work will be carried out in a geographic information system (GIS) and the person will have to work in collaboration with the student responsible for the project. Other similar tasks may be added to the contract depending on the progress of the work to be done.
